Barrister Otonye Briggs from his position as Chairman of the Akuku-Toru Local Government Caretaker Committee (CTC). Governor Fubara has appointed Hon. Bitebobo Nelson Amieye as the new CTC Chairman, entrusting him with the responsibilities of overseeing the affairs of the local government.
