Terms of Reference

A comprehensive evaluation will be conducted to assess the extent of the damage to infrastructure, property, and human life. Additionally, the commission will estimate the financial losses incurred due to the destruction.

One of the key areas of investigation is whether the violence was politically motivated. If so, the commission will identify the key players behind the unrest and their roles in inciting violence.
