Port Harcourt witnessed a heartwarming celebration on September 28, 2024, as a Grand Civic Reception was held in honour of His Excellency, Chief Barr. E. N. Wike, GSSRS, CON, Life Bencher, Se-Ibidokibo 1 of Kalabari. The event, filled with admiration and appreciation, brought together an entourage of distinguished individuals led by Chief Wike himself.
