The most performing Rivers State representative on the NDDC Board, Hon. Chief Tony C Okocha
, KSC, JP, DSSRS, joined his colleagues at the 7th Governing Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) for the official launch of the 2nd phase of Project Hope, held at the Rivers State ICT Centre, Aba Road, Port Harcourt.
This NDDC Project Hope initiative aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, aimed at enhancing economic opportunities and ameliorating the economic situation of the country.
Delivering the closing remarks at the event, Chief Tony Okocha commended the management of NDDC, ably headed by Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, for initiating this youth empowerment program. He reassured attendees of the support and commitment of the Rivers State Office of the NDDC towards any program that will be of immense benefit to the good people of Rivers State.
The Rivers NDDC boss also thanked the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his exceptional visionary leadership, which is gradually transforming the economic situation of Nigeria.
